Andouille sausage, chicken and shrimp sautéed with Cajun spices, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes then served over rice.

Chopped chicken breast sautéed with smoked bacon, mushrooms, and linguine noodles in our creamy Parmesan sauce.

Blackened Sirloin Bearnaise
10 oz. sirloin steak, cajun spiced and grilled to temperature. Topped with sautéed mushrooms and béarnaise sauce and served with mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.

Today’s Fresh Catch
Local fresh catch of the day, served with beurre blanc, rice & vegetable of the day. Can be prepared blackened, fried, or sautéed with lemon, wine and butter. Your server will describe today’s selections.

Seafood Cioppino
Mahi-mahi, shrimp, scallops, mussels, and calamari with tomato, fresh fennel, herbs and a rich white wine and tomato broth. Served with grilled baguette.

Whole Fried Fish
Fresh whole local fish, deep fried and served with our island rice, black beans & vegetable of the day. Topped with pico de gallo and a side of habanero mango beurre blanc.

Some of the best on the island! Sweet and tangy, we make it just for our restaurants. Topped with whipped cream and fresh lime.
